The present invention reliably cools a power conversion component. The hydraulic unit (10) is provided with: an oil tank (20) for retaining the oil (11); an oil pump (30) for circulating the oil (11) between the oil tank (20) and an object; and a power converter (42) that controls the driving of the oil pump (30). The power converter (42) is installed in the oil tank (20). Meanwhile, a heat-radiating unit (46), which is for the power conversion component (44) of the power converter (42), is configured in the oil tank (20) facing an oil flow area (2b) where the oil (11) flows inside the oil tank (20).
