本發明係一種導電性鈣鋁石化合物燒結體之製造方法,其特徵在於包括如下步驟:(1)準備以12.6:6.4~11.7:7.3(換算成CaO:Al2O3之莫耳比)之比例包含氧化鈣與氧化鋁之預燒粉;(2)準備包含於上述步驟(1)中所準備之預燒粉之成形體;以及(3)將於上述步驟(2)中所準備之成形體於還原性環境下保持於1280℃~1350℃之範圍內之溫度;藉此可獲得相對密度為90%以上,且最小尺寸為5mm以上之導電性鈣鋁石化合物燒結體。

Provided is a method for producing a conductive mayenite compound sintered compact, characterized in that the production method comprises (1) a step for preparing a calcined powder containing calcium oxide and aluminum oxide at a ratio between 12.6:6.4 and 11.7:7.3 (molar ratio in terms of CaO:Al2O3), (2) a step for preparing a molded article containing the calcined powder prepared by step (1), and (3) a step for maintaining the molded article prepared by step (2) at a temperature between 1,280 C and 1,350 C under a reducing atmosphere, and as a result, a conductive mayenite compound sintered compact having a relative density of 90% or greater and a minimum dimension of 5 mm or greater is obtained.
