The present invention discloses an environmental protection driving device, which comprises an on-board unit (OBU). The OBU is used in a vehicle for capturing the driving data of the vehicle. The OBU is provided with at least a behavior analysis software and a warning unit; wherein the behavior analysis software can determine whether the vehicle is occurred with any improver driving behavior after computation based on parameter indices of driving data of the vehicle, and further send out a warning signal. The warning unit may receive the warning signal sent by the behavior analysis software and provide a message to remind the driver for attention.
