The present invention is a method for producing a first laminated film that forms a cured layer on one or both surfaces of a first transparent resin film having thermal shrinkability. The thickness of the cured film is less than 1 [mu]m. The forming of the cured layer includes a coating step (1) for forming a coating layer by coating a composition solution containing an active-energy-ray-curable compound, a photoinitiator (however, the 10% heating loss temperature in a heating loss test is at least 170 DEG C) and a solvent onto one or both surfaces of the first transparent resin film; a heat processing step (2) for performing drying of the solvent contained in the coating layer by controlling in temperature conditions that are such that the obtained first laminated film has no greater than a 0.5% thermal shrinkage when heated for one hour at 150 DEG C; and a curing step (3) for curing the coating film. A second laminated film to which the obtained first laminated film is applied has suppressed curling and the precipitation of oligomers is prevented.
