本發明係一種油中醇水滴型乳化燃料,其特徵在於:以重量比包含5:95~50:50之醇及重油,並且含有醇含量之5~35重量%的水。藉由將醇含量的至少一部分用生質醇實質性的達成減少二氧化碳的排放量。於醇、水及重油的乳化,使用具有對液體加壓之加壓手段,及藉由加壓手段所加壓之液體通過之流路,將加壓手段所加壓之液體通過流路時被攪拌之高壓攪拌裝置為佳。

The present invention is an alcohol-in-oil drop-type emulsified fuel, which is characterized in using an alcohol and heavy oil with weight ratio of 5:95 to 50:50 and water containing 5 to 35 wt% of alcohol content. By means of replacing at least one portion of the alcohol content with the bioalcohol, the decrease in emission quantity of the carbon dioxide is substantially achieved. In the emulsification of alcohol, water, and heavy oil, by using pressurization means for pressurizing the liquid, and by means of the flow path passed by the liquid pressurized by the pressurization means, a high pressure mixing device for mixing the liquid pressurized by the pressurization means during passing through the flow path is preferable.
