Disclosed is a touch panel in which a surface protection film is laminated on a touch pad with an interposing adhesive layer which not only has excellent detachability due to low adhesive strength but also good holding force and small increase in adhesive strength over time. The touch panel includes a display module (1), a touch pad (2) laminated on a display surface of the display module (1), and a surface protection film (3) laminated on the viewing side of the touch pad (2). A first adhesive layer (11) which is obtained by curing a first curable composition containing a silyl-group-containing polymer (S) is interposed between the surface protection film (3) and the touch pad (2). The silyl-group-containing polymer (S) includes a polyether chain, a polyester chain, and/or a polycarbonate chain in the main chain thereof, and also includes a hydrolysable silyl group at the molecular end thereof.
