Production of a food including two or more solids (or two or more groups of solids) covered and contained therein has had problems that the solids are not apart from each other and the distance between the solids is not constant. Another problem is that a space is left around the solids and, hence, the food including the covered solids bursts when heated. An apparatus for producing a food including covered solids is provided which is equipped with: an encrusting machine (2) having a multiannular nozzle (13); and a solid feeder which simultaneously feeds the multiple solids (A, B) to the encrusting machine (2). The multiannular nozzle (13) is equipped with: tubular members (41A, 41B) having passages through which the multiple solids (A, B) separately descend respectively; and nozzle members (45, 47) surrounding the tubular members (41A, 41B).
