Provided are a small-diameter coaxial cable harness and a connecting structure which allow satisfactory waterproof connection of circuit boards housed in waterproof housings that are movably connected together. The small-diameter coaxial cable harness has a wrapped part in which the small-diameter coaxial cables are wrapped in a tubular form, and two waterproof parts which are watertightly fixed to the wrapped part and the adjacent respective housings. The wrapped part may include a waterproof tape or a waterproof tube. In either case, the wrapped part is preferably inserted in a tubular sleeve made by weaving or knitting synthetic fibers. The connecting structure is such that a small-diameter coaxial cable harness according to any of claims 1 to 13 is arranged between the two housings and the waterproof parts are provided at positions where the harness is guided into the respective housings.
