A method of analyzing a respiration state and an interactive system therewith are provided herein. The respiration of a subject is recorded for a period of time and the initial respiration signal is obtained. The initial respiration signal is analyzed to obtain an analyzing parameter and a determining parameter, accordingly. The respiration of the subject is dynamically measured to obtain a respiration signal. According to the respiration signal and the analyzing signal, the respiration speed and respiration amplitude is obtained. The respiration state of the subject is generated by utilizing the respiration speed, respiration amplitude and the determining parameter. The generated respiration state is used for controlling basis of the interactive system.
