The present invention relates to a composition for organic devices effective in obtaining organic devices having high driving stability, such as organic electroluminescent elements. The composition for organic devices comprises two or more kinds of cross-linking compounds, of which at least two kinds are different in the amount of cross-linking groups. The macromolecular film of the present invention is obtained by forming a film of the composition for organic devices and then polymerizing the cross-linking compounds. The organic electroluminescent element of the present invention is an organic electroluminescent element having an anode, a cathode and organic layers provided between the anode and the cathode on a substrate, in which at least one layer of the organic layers is a layer obtained by forming a film of the composition for organic devices and then polymerizing the cross-linking compounds.
