Medicine weighing device according to the present invention has not only a medicine weighing function but also an audit function and a compact constitution which can display a weighing value and a result of the audit on a same screen, and makes it possible to audit corresponding to an input situation of an audit condition. For this purpose, the medicine weighing device has the constitution comprising; a weighing means 2 for weighing medicine; a display means 3 for displaying the weighing value and the weighing condition; an input means 3 for inputting the weighing condition; a storage means 11 storing an audit program and medicine data; a control means 5 which calculates a recommended dose by running the audit program stored in the storage means 11 based on the weighing condition which can be inputted by the input means 3 and display the medicine weight weighed by the weighing means 2 on the display means 3.
