The present invention provides an over-current protection device with positive temperature coefficient properties and a conductive polymer composition thereof. The invented over-current protection device has a better ability in resisting environmental encroachment. The conductive polymer composition includes a polyolefin polymer substrate, a conductive filler, and a fluoro polymer (e.g. polyvinylidene fluoride), in which the composition contains 1 to 20 wt% of the fluoro polymer. The invented over-current protection device is produced by using the above-mentioned conductive polymer composition to form a material layer with a positive temperature coefficient, and laminating the positive temperature coefficient material between a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer.
