전술한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 금속재의 배관(10,12,14)들의 합류지점으로 3웨이 밸브(16)를 설치하는 유종 전환용 유니트에 있어 온도 트랜스미터(18)의 절연 설치구조로서, 상기 각 배관(10,12,14)들은 상기 온도 트랜스미터(18)의 설치를 위한 마운팅부(22)를 각각 형성하고, 상기 온도 트랜스미터(18)는 상기 마운팅부(22)에 대해 각각 절연 가스켓(24)을 매개로 장착된다.
