본 고안은 송배전선로에 설치하여 조류의 접근을 막고 둥지를 짓지 못하도록 하는 풍차식 조류해 방지기의 구조 개선에 관한 것으로서, 작업자가 송전철탑 보수를 하기위해 철탑 상부에 올라 풍차 너머로 이동을 할 때 회전몸체(10)가 차지하는 공간이 넓어 불편하고 위험했다.
이를 해결하기 위하여 쉽게 회전몸체(10)를 해체 하고, 받침대(11)에 부착된 고정용 자석(12)을 이용하여 작업에 방해되지 않는 장소에 부착한 후 작업이 끝나면 원래 위치에 설치하도록 개선한 풍차식 조류해 방지기에 관한 것이다.

이를 해결하기 위하여 쉽게 회전몸체(10)를 해체 하고, 받침대(11)에 부착된 고정용 자석(12)을 이용하여 작업에 방해되지 않는 장소에 부착한 후 작업이 끝나면 원래 위치에 설치하도록 개선한 풍차식 조류해 방지기에 관한 것이다.
