본 고안의 모터의 직선 운동장치에 관한 것으로, 주요 구성은, 중앙에 이송나사(5)를 포함하는 모터(1)를, 좌우에서 체결볼트(16)를 사용하여 체결브라켓과 체결하여 조립된 모터조립체를, 그 좌우 이송을 위해 양 측부에 가이드(6)를 갖추고 양단에는 지지브라켓을 형성하는 구조의 모터의 직선운동장치에 있어서, 상기한 모터(1)의 좌우에 설치하는 체결브라켓(2)은, 그 상부면이 수평으로절곡된 상브라켓(11)과 그 측부에 직각으로 절곡되는 측브라켓(12)을 갖추고 있으며, 상기한 가이드(6)는 그 단부가 단차부(31)를 형성하여 통공(35)을 형성한 지지브라켓(3)에 끼워지게 구성하고, 가이드(6) 양단부에의 중앙에는 암나사부(32)를 형성하여 체결볼트(30)로 체결하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기한 상브라켓(11)과 그 측부에 직각으로 절곡되는 측브라켓(12) 은 통공(13,14)을 각각 형성하여, 다른 부품과 체결에 의한 결합이 가능하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기한 지지브라켓은, 수직한 부재로 이루어지는 몸체(21)와, 그 몸체 저면에 절곡된 형상으로 이루어지며 통공(20)을 갖는 하브라켓(17)과, 상기 몸체(21)에서 90도 각도로 절곡되고 통공(19)을 갖는 측브라켓(18)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기한 체결브라켓(2)에는 가이드(6)가 결합되되, 체결부라켓(2)에 부시(8)를 설치하여 이 부시(8)를 관통하여 가이드(6)가 설치되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기한 부시(8)는 2 개의 체결부라켓(2) 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기한 이송나사(5)의 양 단부에서 지지브라켓(3)과 체결되는 부분은, 지지지브라켓(3)의 몸체(21) 좌우 양측에서 너트(25)로 각각 체결하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기한 지지브라켓(3 )에는 관통공(22)을 형성하되, 이 관통공(22)은 상기한 모터(1)와 체결브라켓(2)과의 결합을 위해 체결되는 체결볼트(16)의 설치 위치와 수평인 위치에 설치하는 것을 특징으로 한다
