본 고안은 원자력 발전소의 게이트 밸브에 고착된 스터드 볼트 및 상기 스터드 볼트 또는 플랜지에 고착된 스터드 너트를 제거하는 원자력 발전소의 게이트 밸브용 스터드 너트 및 스터드 볼트 제거 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 고안은 하부가 개방된 중공형 원기둥 형상의 커터부를 포함한다. 본 고안은 상기 스터드 볼트에 형성된 나사산의 손상을 방지하며 고착된 상기 스터드 너트를 제거한다. 또한, 본 고안은 상기 게이트 밸브의 볼트체결홀에 형성된 나사산의 손상을 방지하며 고착된 상기 스터드 볼트를 제거한다.

The subject innovation relates to a stud for a nuclear power plant to remove the stud nut secured to the stud bolt and the stud bolt or flange secured to the gate valve of a nuclear power plant gate valve nut and stud bolts removal device. The present design includes a cutter portion of a hollow cylindrical shape with an open bottom. The subject innovation will prevent damage to the screw thread formed on the stud bolt and remove the nut fixed to the stud. In addition, the subject innovation can prevent damage to the screw thread formed on the bolt coupling hole of the gate valve, and removes the bolt fixing the stud.
