본 고안은 파이프와 클램프 사이의 조립부에서 결로가 발생되지 않게 하여 부식되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 벽체 또는 파이프에서 발생되는 진동을 차단시켜 조립부가 약해지는 것을 방지할 수 있는 냉동 파이프 고정부의 단열장치를 제공하기 위하여, 파이프(1)의 외측으로 조립되며 벽체에 고정되는 클램프(20)와, 상기 클램프의 내측으로 조립되며 반원형으로 된 양측의 고무밴드(12)와, 상기 고무밴드 내측으로 조립되며 반원형으로 된 우레탄 슈(10)가 파이프(1)의 외측으로 장착된다.
