본 고안에 따르면 외통체(2)와, 내통체(4)의 2중구조로 제작되며 상측에는 개구부(6)가 형성된 용기본체(8)와, 이 용기본체(8)의 개구부(6)에 결합되는 뚜껑(10)을 포함하여 구성된 보온병에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑(10)은 상기 개구부(6)에 결합되며 그 저면에는 일측에 형성된 토출구(12)와 연통되는 유출구(14)가 형성된 케이스(16)와, 이 케이스(16)의 내부에 장착되어 일단이 케이스(16)의 하측으로 연장된 푸쉬로드(22) 및 이 푸쉬로드(22)의 하단에 장착되어 승강에 따라 상기 유출구(14)를 개폐하는 패킹(18)과, 상기 케이스(16)의 내부에 장착되어 패킹(18)을 상승가압하는 스프링(24)과, 케이스(16)의 내부에 힌지결합되며 그 중간부가 상기 푸쉬로드(22)에 연결되며 케이스(16)의 외부로 연장된 단부에는 푸쉬버튼(28)이 형성된 회동바(26)를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 푸쉬버튼 (28)을 누르면 상기 푸쉬로드(22)의 회동하강에 따라 푸쉬로드(22) 및 패킹(18)이 하강되어, 상기 유출구(14)를 개방할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 보온병이 제공된다.
