본 고안은 차도를 횡단하는 보행자를 가이드하고 조명하도록 횡단 보도와 인도의 경계부에 설치되는 장치에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 횡단 보도의 단부의 양측 모서리에 지주 및 가이드 난간이 형성되고 상기 지주의 상단을 연결하는 횡봉에 다수개의 조명등이 형성되어 보행자가 횡단 보도로만 통행하도록 가이드하고 횡단 보도 및 인도의 보행자를 조명하도록 구성되는 보행자 안전등에 관한 것이다.
