본 고안은 공지의 기화연소기 본체(10)에 있어서, 상면 일측이 개방되어 개방부(10')가 구성되고 저부 일측에 폐타이어 연소를 위한 점화기(60) 및 타측에 소각분진 배출관(15) 그리고 내측 저부에 다수의 통공(14')이 형성된 타공판(14)이 결합되며 내부에 열배출관(12)과 연하는 입구측에 다수의 봉이 일정간격으로 입설되어 폐타이어(T)소각시 발생되는 슬러지의 외부방출을 방지시켜 주기 위한 여과부(16) 마련된 기화연소기 본체(10)를 구성하고 외주 일측에 솔레노이드벨브(50)가 결합되며 내측 저부에 상면과 하면이 개방된 원통형의 투입조(21)를 구비하여 상기 투입조(21)의 외주 일측 상,하단에 상기 투입조(21)의 개방된 상,하면을 개폐시켜주기 위한 개폐문(22,22')을 유압실린더(23)에 의해 일측이 회동가능하게 개폐구성된 투입장치(20)를 상기 본체(10)의 개� �부(10')에 경사지게 설치하는 한편, 본체(10) 일측에는 잔여가스 공급용 블로어(30) 및 연소가속용 블로어(40)를 설치하여 주되, 잔여가스 공급용 블로어(30)는 양단이 투입장치(10) 및 열배출관(102)의 내부와 연통된 잔여가스 배출관(31)과 분기연결하고 연소가속용 블로어(40)는 일단이 본체(10) 내측 저부 중앙과 연통되게 결합되며 선단에 노즐(41')이 결합된 송풍관(41)을 연결구성하여 됨을 구성하여 된 구조이다.
본 고안은 폐타이어 공급에 따르는 시간절약은 물론 가동중 폐타이어의 연속적인 공급이 가능하도록 함으로써 폐타이어의 연소를 지속적으로 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
