An organic light emitting diode display according to the present invention comprises: a sensing condition setting unit for setting a first sensing condition in an error detection mode, and setting a second sensing condition different from the first sensing condition in an error analysis mode; a sensing unit connected to a pixel array through a plurality of sensing lines, outputting a first sensing value in accordance with the first sensing condition for all pixels of the pixel array in the error detection mode, and outputting a second sensing value in accordance with the second sensing condition for defect pixels of the pixel array in the error analysis mode; an error detection unit for detecting the defect pixels on the basis of the first sensing value; and an error analysis unit for analyzing the second sensing value to distinguish a defect subpixel and a normal subpixel in each of the defect pixels.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
