The present invention relates to a system for guiding a passenger evacuation route, the system comprising a service server, and a user terminal which is data-communicably connected to the service server via a communication network by using a service platform provided by the service server and includes a passenger terminal used by a passenger and an administrator terminal used by an administrator, wherein the service server comprises: a map information collecting module for collecting map information of a ship; a passenger information collecting module for collecting information of a passenger on board a ship; an evacuation route calculation module for calculating an evacuation route for a passenger by using an A-Star algorithm; an image information generation module for generating image information of an evacuation route calculated in the evacuation route calculation module, so as to enable a passenger and an administrator to identify the evacuation route; and a monitoring module for displaying current location coordinates of a passenger on the basis of map information of a ship so as to enable an administrator to identify the location of the passenger in real time.
