The present invention relates to a low-power powder feeding device, and more specifically, to a low-power powder feeding device, characterized in that a spirally wound cylindrical coil is bonded to an outer peripheral surface of an inner tube such that a contact area with powder is reduced compared to an existing screw-type device and in that a perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) fluorine resin with a very small friction coefficient and a smooth surface is used as a material of the tube such that powder does not stick or is not fixed to a surface of the inner tube, and the flow of the powder is greatly improved. Therefore, powder transfer efficiency can be increased even with a small amount of power, and miniaturization of the device can be implemented. The present invention is characterized by comprising: a main body having a coupling hole formed in an upper surface and a cylindrical connector coupled to the coupling hole; a hopper coupled to the connector; a motor coupled to one side of the main body; an inner tube horizontally installed through the connector and rotatably coupled to the motor; and an outer tube coupled to one side of the connector so that the inner tube is inserted thereinto, wherein a cylindrical coil part wound and bonded in a spiral shape is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the inner tube.
