Disclosed contents relate to a vest with a quick release system capable of being applied to all types of vests, and more specifically, to a system capable of being taken off in desired left and right direction with one simple operation or separating left and right shoulders and a waist buckle to a desired direction at once when a conventional quick release function separates the left and right shoulders and left and right waists at once. The present invention relates to a vest with a buoyancy quick release system capable of being variously used by forming a pocket for storing an swordproof material, a bulletproof material, and a buoyancy material as needed; and being quickly taken off in a case of needing emergency measure due to a serious injury while wearing a swordproof vest, falling into water while wearing a heavy vest, and being trapped in an overturned hull during overturning of a high-speed single boat due to the buoyancy material. The vest with a quick release system according to an embodiment of the present specification, and more specifically, to a vest with a quick release system for storing the buoyancy material, the swordproof material, and the bulletproof material comprising: a first body which forms a front part of the vest including the pocket for putting the bulletproof material and the swordproof material to protect a wearer from a gun and a sword or putting the buoyancy material for maintaining the buoyancy; a second body which detaching a shoulder unit and a waist unit corresponding to a shoulder unit and a waist unit of the first body by an opening/closing unit and forms a back part of the vest including the pocket; and first, second, third, and fourth quick release straps for quick release which are selectively installed as needed.
