A wearable device for rehabilitating dizziness according to an embodiment of the present invention is formed by including: a display worn on the head of a patient and outputting rehabilitation videos; an eye movement detection module detecting the movement of eyeballs; a motion detection unit detecting the motion of the head; and a control unit acquiring rehabilitation treatment execution rate information according to the rehabilitation videos based on at least one information from the movement of the eyeballs and the motion of the head, and changing the rehabilitation videos based on the obtained rehabilitation treatment execution rate.
