본발명은화합물을생성하는인공지능모델의성능평가시스템에있어서, 클러스터링방법을통해다양성기준값(diversity threshold)에따라구조적으로서로유사한생성화합물을분류하여복수의생성화합물군을생성하고, 상기생성화합물군을샘플링하여대상화합물을결정하는다양성조절부; 상기대상화합물과대조화합물을비교하여서로물성이유사한지를나타내는약물유사성(drug-likeness)을판단하는약물유사성판단부; 상기대상화합물과상기대조화합물을비교하여서로구조가유사한지를나타내는신규성(novelty)을판단하는신규성판단부; 및상기대상화합물의약물유사성과신규성여부를이용하여재현율(recall)과정밀도(precision)을산출하고, 상기재현율과상기정밀도를이용하여상기인공지능모델의성능값을산출하는성능평가부를포함한다.
