The present invention relates to data processing apparatus and method using the multiplexer of the neutron gradation annihilation time measuring circuit and have the effect that the multiplexer can minimize the number of multichannel scaler it muxeses multiple signals which multiple neutron detectors deliver to one output signal and time and the cost required in the process of delivering the signal which the neutron detector produces to the analysis section, and the system size and installation space can be conspicuously reduced.
