The present invention relates to a plant cultivation device. In particularly, the present invention comprises: a module container provided with a cultivation space therein and a plurality of wheels on the lower surface to be moved on the ground; a plurality of trays stacked and spaced apart from the cultivation space inside the module container; a tray frame woven and coupled inside the module container and having the plurality of trays seated thereon; a culture medium supply unit supplying a culture medium for cultivated plants cultivated in the plurality of trays in the module container; and a culture medium storage unit provided under the cultivation space inside the module container and collecting the fallen residual culture medium in the culture medium supplied from the culture medium supply unit. The culture medium collected in the culture medium storage unit is circulated and supplied to the cultivated plant by the culture medium supply unit, thereby maximizing the yield of plant cultivation.
