摘要:
본발명은가진에의한응력제거방법에관한것으로서, 외부스위치로자화시킨자화부를응력제거대상물에부착하여응력제거용가진장치를고정시키는자화부착단계; 상기자화부착단계에서자화된상기자화부의극성과동일한극성을갖도록배치된자석의척력에의해면진판을부상시키는면진준비단계; 상기자화부착단계에서상기자화부에부착된상기응력제거대상물에상기면진준비단계에서상기면진판과함께부상한발진부로부터발생시킨진동을가함으로써상기응력제거대상물의국부적인응력을제거하는응력제거단계; 및상기외부스위치로탈자화시킨상기자화부를상기응력제거단계에서응력이제거된상기응력제거대상물로부터탈착시켜상기응력제거용가진장치를분리시키는탈자화탈착단계;를포함하여이루어지며, 대상물이자화부의자력으로인해붙어최초위치에서이탈하지않도록고정되므로, 대상물이이동하여발진부에서벗어나지않고진동으로지속적으로응력을제거할수 있게된다.
