The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a metallic and foil processed fabric and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to an apparatus for manufacturing a metallic and foil processed fabric and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein a three-dimensional fabric passes between an adhesive application roller and a compression roller in a state where tension is high by a tension roller, the three-dimensional fabric is pressurized while a gap between the adhesive application roller and the compression roller is maintained at a pattern thickness of the three-dimensional fabric, so that an adhesive layer is formed only on a pattern formed on one surface of the fabric, and thus, the metallic and foil processed fabric is processed only on the pattern, so that only a portion with the pattern has two types of metallic reflective effects with different reflectance and angle of reflection. According to the present invention, the three-dimensional fabric passes between the adhesive application roller and the compression unit roller in the state where tension is high by the tension roller, the three-dimensional fabric is pressurized while a gap between the adhesive application roller and the compression roller is maintained at a pattern thickness of the three-dimensional fabric, so that an adhesive layer is formed only on a pattern formed on one surface of the fabric, and thus, metal and foil are attached only to the pattern, thereby improving visual effects.
