To improve safety and convenience of a procedure by stably gripping an abutment, the present invention relates to an abutment holder capable of forming a hexa-protrusion which fits with a hexa-groove of a fixture in a lower part, allowing a combining unit combined with an artificial tooth to protrude in an upper unit, and being selectively combined and mounted to move the abutment having a fastening hole into which a fixed member is inserted to an implantation target unit in a central unit. The abutment holder comprises a body unit and a grip unit. The body unit is extended to a predetermined height, and includes an accommodating groove having an inner profile corresponding to an outer profile of the combining unit to elastically fix and accommodate the combining unit inside. The grip unit includes one end unit which is integrally provided on an upper side of the body unit; and the other end unit which is eccentrically extended from the one end unit to a side direction, is separated from an outer surface of the body unit, and in which inner and outer surfaces are formed as gripping surfaces. Provided is the abutment holder having a penetrating hole connected to the accommodating groove by simultaneously penetrating the one end unit of the grip unit and the body unit to allow the fixed member to be connected to the abutment by passing in a vertical direction.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2022
