The present invention provides a method for removing uranium in an aqueous solution which can be directly applied to a site since a concentration of uranium in the aqueous solution, especially groundwater, can be easily reduced not to require a separate process or device by adding an oxidizing agent to the groundwater containing iron sulfide minerals. The method for removing uranium in an aqueous solution comprises the steps of: preparing an aqueous solution containing iron sulfide minerals; and adding an oxidizing agent to the aqueous solution containing the iron sulfide minerals.
