摘要（英）：
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing double material calipers, which includes: a first step of forming a caliper product mold; a second step of performing heat treatment; a third step of injecting aluminum or magnesium into the product mold; a fourth step of performing aging heat treatment; a fifth step of cutting an aluminum or magnesium inlet; and a sixth step of cutting and processing a processing portion. The method for manufacturing double material calipers provides noticeable advantages in which the calipers formed by injecting different caliper raw materials into the caliper product mold can be light while having high strength, a product price is low, and the manufacture is easy.
