The present invention relates to a perforation bit provided with a casing shoe assembly, and more specifically, to a perforation bit provided with a casing shoe assembly, in which a casing shoe can be coupled to a ring bit in a simple manner. The perforation bit provided with the casing shoe assembly includes: a pilot bit having a coupling groove formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof; a ring bit having a coupling protrusion corresponding to the coupling groove formed on an inner circumferential surface to be coupled to the pilot bit; and the casing shoe assembly that can be assembled to cover a part of the outer circumferential surface of the ring bit.
