The present invention relates to a method for producing a biodegradable agricultural mulching film. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: adding a biodegradable resin to a first storage unit, drying at room temperature under vacuum, and adding a master batch component to a second storage unit to dry at room temperature under vacuum; Mixing and melting the dried biodegradable resin in a first melting unit, and mixing and melting the dried master batch component in a second melting unit; Introducing each of the melted raw materials into an extruder in a vacuum state, mixing, and discharging the film; And passing the discharged film through a roller after air cooling.
