摘要:
베어알루미늄합금(bare aluminum alloy)으로이루어진모재(母材), 및모재의표면에적층된보호피막을구비한알루미늄부재가개시된다. 개시된알루미늄부재의보호피막은, 무공질(無孔質) 산화알루미늄으로이루어지며, 50 내지 700nm 두께로모재(母材)의표면에적층된무공질양극산화층, 및물리적기상증착(PVD)에의해무공질양극산화층상에적층되는것으로, 알루미늄(Al)을포함하여이루어지며, 두께가 1 내지 20㎛인 보강층을구비한다.

Disclosed is an aluminum member having a base material made of bare aluminum alloy, and a protective film laminated on the surface of the base material. The protective film of the disclosed aluminum member is made of non-porous aluminum oxide, and a non-porous anodic oxide layer laminated on the surface of the base material to a thickness of 50 to 700 nm, and by physical vapor deposition (PVD). It is laminated on the non-porous anodizing layer, and includes aluminum (Al), and includes a reinforcing layer having a thickness of 1 to 20 μm.
