摘要（英）：
A device for expanding tissue includes at least one fluid transfer tube and at least one fluid transfer element in fluid communication with the at least one fluid transfer tube. The at least one fluid transfer tube includes a proximal end, a distal end, and a lumen therebetween. The device is constructed and arranged to effect an almost total circumferential expansion of the lumen wall tissue. In addition, systems and methods are provided, including a system for expanding tissue layers and treating tissue proximate the expanded tissue layers.
