급성폐 손상을예방및/또는개선하기위한동충하초매미균사체활성물질의제조방법이제공된다. 이방법은다음단계: (a) 동충하초매미균사체를 15 내지 30℃의플레이트배지에서 1 내지 2주동안배양하는단계; (b) 단계(a)의동충하초매미균사체를플라스크에접종하고균사체를 15 내지 30℃및 pH 2 내지 6에서 3 내지 14일동안배양하는단계; 및 (c) 단계(b)의동충하초매미균사체를발효기탱크에접종하고, 균사체를 15 내지 30℃및 pH 2 내지 6에서 3 내지 21일동안교반함으로써배양하여상기동충하초매미균사체활성물질을함유하는동충하초매미균사체발효액을얻는단계를포함한다.
摘要（英）：
A method of preparing a cordyceps cicada mycelium active substance for preventing and/or ameliorating acute lung injury is provided. The method includes the following steps: (a) culturing the cordyceps cicada mycelium in a plate medium at 15 to 30° C. for 1 to 2 weeks; (b) inoculating the cordyceps cicada mycelium of step (a) into a flask and culturing the mycelium at 15 to 30° C. and pH 2 to 6 for 3 to 14 days; And (c) inoculating the cordyceps cicada mycelium of step (b) into a fermentor tank, and incubating the mycelium by stirring for 3 to 21 days at 15 to 30°C and pH 2 to 6, and containing the cordyceps cicada mycelium active substance. And obtaining a fermentation broth of cicada mycelium.
