피로특성이우수한고강도가요성강선및 그제조방법과가요성강선용고탄소강선재의제조방법이개시된다. 본발명은표면의잔류응력을완화목적으로사용하는고비용의고주파열처리를생략하고 TIG 용접기를이용하여짧은시간열처리함으로써, 중심부는신선된펄라이트조직을갖고표층부는미세한펄라이트조직을형성시켜피로특성및 강도가향상된가요성강선과그 제조방법을제공한다.

Disclosed are a high-strength flexible steel wire having excellent fatigue properties, a method of manufacturing the same, and a method of manufacturing a high-carbon steel wire for flexible steel wires. The present invention omits the high-cost high-frequency heat treatment used for the purpose of alleviating residual stress on the surface and heat-treatment for a short time using a TIG welding machine, thereby forming a fresh pearlite structure in the center and a fine pearlite structure in the surface layer, resulting in fatigue characteristics and strength. It provides an improved flexible steel wire and a method of manufacturing the same.
