The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a clopidogrel sulphate and a pharmaceutical composition including a clopidogrel sulphate manufactured by using the same, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a clopidogrel sulphate capable of obtaining clopidogrel sulphate type I crystals with a high yield and purity. The present invention provides the method for manufacturing a clopidogrel sulphate of a new process different from a conventional art. The present invention includes high particle uniformity and formulation stability by increasing the yield compared to a conventional clopidogrel sulphate manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention and increasing the purity by reducing contents of impurities such as a residual solvent or the like.
