본발명은녹용및 녹각중에서선택된 1종이상으로부터채취한해면골을포함하는골이식재에관한것이다. 이에의하여, 본발명의골이식재는녹용및/또는녹각으로부터채취된해면골을원료로제조함으로써자가골을대체할수 있고, 생체적합성이우수하며, 면역반응이나감염원이없고, 신생골형성유도에유리할뿐 아니라체내에서생분해가가능하고, 소뼈를사용하지않아광우병감염위험도막을수 있다.
摘要（英）：
The present invention relates to a bone grafting material including spongy bone taken from at least one selected from velvet antler and hard antler. As a result, the bone grafting material of the present invention, which is manufactured by using spongy bone collected from velvet antler and/or hard antler as a raw material, can replace autologous bone, has excellent biocompatibility, has no immune response or an infectious agent, is advantageous for inducing new bone formation, is biodegradable in the body, and can prevent the risk of mad cow disease infection by not using bovine bone.
