The present invention relates to a method for producing antiobesic biological mixed oriental medicine extract, including the steps of: preparing raw materials including buckwheat, Solomon′s seal, mate, coix, angelica, Chinese matrimony vine fruits and Gastrodia elata BLUME; introducing water to a part of each of the raw materials and carrying out extraction at a low temperature to prepare a raw material extract; pulverizing the remaining part of each of the raw materials to obtain a pulverized product of the raw materials; separating a liquid phase of the raw material extract and introducing a culture medium thereto to obtain a nutritious raw material extract; introducing buckwheat starters, Solomon′s seal starters, mate starters, coix starters, angelica starters, Chinese matrimony vine fruit starters and Gastrodia elata BLUME starters to the nutritious raw material extract, and carrying out fermentation to obtain a fermented extract; and inoculating the pulverized product of the raw materials naturally with the fermented extract, and carrying out culturing to finish the antiobesic biological mixed oriental medicine extract. The present invention also relates to antiobesic biological mixed oriental medicine extract obtained by the method.
