본발명은 C6 징크클러스터전사인자의활성이감소또는불활성화된, 스쿠알렌생산이증대된재조합미생물및 이를이용한스쿠알렌생산방법에관한것이다. 본발명의스쿠알렌생산이증대된재조합미생물은효모의대사경로내 탄소흐름(carbon-flux)을변화시켜, 기존비변형균주에비해고수율의스쿠알렌생산이가능하다.

The present invention relates to a recombinant microorganism in which the activity of a C6 zinc cluster transcription factor is reduced or inactivated, and to a method for producing squalene using the same. The recombinant microorganism having increased squalene production of the present invention changes carbon-flux in a metabolic pathway of a yeast, so that it is possible to produce squalene in a high yield compared to an existing unmodified strain.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2021
