본명세서는자일로스와글루코스를동시에탄소원으로이용할수 있는형질전환효모균주, 이의제조방법및 이를이용한바이오연료생산방법에관하여기술한다. 상기형질전환효모균주는자일로스를탄소원으로이용하지못하는야생형효모균주를형질전환하여글루코스와자일로스를동시에전환하여고수율의바이오연료생산이가능하다. 추가적인개량을통하여고수율의바이오연료/소재생산균주로의전환이용이한균주를제공함으로써바이오연료및 바이오소재생산공정의경제성및 지속가능성을크게향상시킬수 있다.
摘要(英):
The present specification describes a transforming yeast strain can simultaneously use xylose and glucose as carbon sources, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for producing a biofuel using the same. The transforming yeast strain can produce a high yield biofuel by transforming a wild-type yeast strain which cannot use xylose as a carbon source to simultaneous convert glucose and xylose. By providing a strain which can be easily converted into a high yield biofuel / material production strain through additional modification, such that economic efficiency and sustainability of the biofuel and biomaterial production process can be highly improved.
