A system for contact management for tracking the movement route of an infected person according to a technical aspect of the present invention comprises: a user card independently assigned to each of users; an access reader to be installed for a predetermined indoor space; an arrival hall issuance machine that is located in the arrival hall of an international airport to issue the user cards to entrants who enter the country from abroad; a departure hall collection machine that is located in the departure hall of the international airport to collect the issued user cards when the entrants depart from the country; and a contact management server that works in conjunction with the access reader to generate and manage access information data regarding the users who have entered each indoor space, tracks the movement route of a confirmed or suspected infectious disease patient by using the access information data, and searches for contacts related to the corresponding movement route. The contact management server may set a self-quarantine period for an entrant who has entered the country through the arrival hall, so as to monitor whether or not entry and exit records of the entrant occur during the self-quarantine period and restrict the use of multi-use facilities.
