The rubber composition for a tire-tread which simultaneously improves the road braking performance and the anti-abrasive getting wet, and the mileage performance is provided. The rubber composition for a tire-tread according to the present invention comprises the crude rubber 100 parts by weight and the crude rubber, is the high cis- neodymium butadiene rubber (Nd-BR) 25 through 65 parts by weight, and the high function lithium butadiene rubber (functionalized Li-BR) 5 through 45 parts by weight and solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber 20 through 50 parts by weight the strengthening filler 90 through 140 parts by weight is included.
