A hot air blower in accordance with the present invention comprises a hot air blower main body provided in the form of a cylindrical body with a certain space and configured to suck air from the outside, heat the air, and discharge the air to the outside. The hot air blower main body comprises: a hot air generation chamber including at least one ceramic heating element so as to generate hot air; a discharge port communicating with a front end of the hot air generation chamber and configured to discharge hot air generated in the hot air generation chamber to the outside; an air blower to which external air is introduced and supplied to the hot air generation chamber; and an air inflow path part which is positioned on an upper portion of the hot air generation chamber, includes at least one built-in heat radiating plate through which heat of the ceramic heating element is conducted, and to which external air is introduced, passes through the heat radiating plate, is primarily heated, and is transmitted to the air blower. In an embodiment of the present invention, when external air is introduced, the introduced external air is primarily heated at the heat radiating plate. Secondarily, a heating wire passes through the inside of the ceramic heating element consisting of silicon carbide and boron nitride, a heat source generated by the heating wire is released as radiant energy, and air blown by the air blower is heat-exchanged by the radiant energy, such that hot air is discharged to the outside.
