본발명은멤브레인공정및 증류공정을포함하는하이브리드가스분리공정에관한것으로, 본발명의일 측면은, 기체혼합물을멤브레인공정을통해 1차분리하는단계; 및상기 1차분리하는단계를통해얻은 1차기체분리물들을증류공정을통해 2차분리하는단계;를포함하고, 상기 1차기체분리물들중 일부는, 상기증류공정을위한증류장치의상단부에주입하고, 나머지는하단부에주입하는것인, 하이브리드가스분리공정을제공한다.
摘要（英）：
The invention provides the hybrid gas singulation it includes the step that one side of the invention separates the gaseous mixture as the hybrid gas singulation through the membrane process with the first, and the step of separating first gas separation waters obtained from the step of separating with the first through the distillation process with the second ; the part injects into the upper end portion of the evaporator for the distillation process among first gas separation waters ; and where the rest injects into the lower end portion comprising the membrane process and distillation process.
