The present application relates to antibodies that specifically bind to the V-domain immunoglobulin-containing inhibitor (VISTA) of T-cell activation at acidic pH and their use in cancer treatment. In some embodiments, the antibody specifically binds human VISTA at acidic pH, but does not significantly bind human VISTA at neutral or physiological pH.
