The boundary layer 58 is located between the positive electrode active material layer 54 and the insulating layer, and is in contact with the positive electrode active material layer 54 and the insulating layer 56. The positive electrode active material layer 54 contains a positive electrode active material. The insulating layer 56 contains an inorganic filler. The boundary layer 58 contains a positive electrode active material contained in the positive electrode active material layer 54 and an inorganic filler contained in the insulating layer 56. The boundary layer 58 contains alumina hydrate. The non-aqueous electrolyte solution contains lithium fluorosulfonic acid.
